FOR A GREATER HUMANITY
After the economic crisis that hit Lebanon in 2019, the October revolution, and the coronavirus crisis, many Lebanese families are struggling to have the minimal essential needs for a decent living. Our goal is to insure the availability of food supplies, provide job opportunities, and an income for the young Lebanese. The founding team has already helped more than 500 families in need through a support system that is still effective till date.
Our ongoing programs
Shreek El Shelsh
With the aim of promoting partnerships and contributing to our food self-sufficiency, our Shreek El Shelsh or “Roots Partner” program revives abandoned un-cultivated lands and creates job opportunities for many Lebanese citizens.
Jeme'et El Watan
With the aim of promoting peace and union between Lebanese citizens, our Jeme'et El Watan or "Compatriot" program allows experts to build bridges and diffuse knowledge through social media and digital platforms.
Ma'an Lel Hayat
Ma'an Lel Hayat or 'Together For Life', a program designed to provide deprived families with food units, and those with psychological challenges and family difficulties with needed support and interventions.
Matbakh Maryam
Among the many initiatives, Father Hani Tawk succeeded in transforming an individual initiative Matbakh Maryam or "The Kitchen of Maryam" into a kitchen that provides 600 meals a day to the needy and those involved in the restoration work.
